Math Topics on Angles

Dear 5 Attentive,

Welcome to the Math lesson on Angles!

Can you name any real life examples on angles?

Let's revise the method of using the protractor!

1) Can you name the different parts of the protractor?

2) Can you name the common errors that pupils made?

3) Can you draw an angle of 35 degrees? Pls draw & indicate the angle in your journal book.

4) What must you do before measuring the size of the angle?

5) What are the 3 questions you need to ask yourself to determine the size of the angle?

6) Now, please measure the angles given to you on the worksheet.

Questions: What is the sum of angles in each of the 3 diagrams?

Are the angles a & b equal to each other? Are angles d & e equal to each

other?

Please post your comments/ reflections in our class blog.

P5 Camp --- Day 2 .... The challenges go on!

Hi 5A,

It's me again! More updates for you. Check it out our 5A heroes doing the high elements course!

It's the attitude that counts. Look at courageous Wayne who thought that he couldn't climb to the first bar of the obstacle but he persevered on and guess what? He did it!

Keep it up, Wayne! There was Debbie too, who scaled through the rock wall. So sad, I didn't manage to catch a shot of her!

Post your comments about this P5 camp and let me know how you feel!

Here are some snap shots from our class. Look at some great heroes!

Enjoy! Look out for the next blog posting for more pictures!
